I created this blog to share all things fitness, healthy food, and wellness. I post all my DIY’s, favorite recipes, and essential oil tips. I’ve always been obsessed with all things working out, skin care, and gut health, so it’s about time I started a blog.
I’m so excited to be pursuing a degree to become a registered dietitian! As a student-athlete, I also play on my university’s women’s soccer team, #gocardinals!
